Parlsey Salad with Cashews


1 Bunch Organic Flat Leaf Italian Parsley Coarsely Chopped

1/4 Red Bell Pepper Diced

1/3 Cup Raw Cashews Chopped Fine

Juice of Half Lemon

Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper


Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
